Torfaen has many young people excelling in the arts and performing at every level with many showing enthusiasm and commitment as well as much outstanding talent.
This fund has been established to advance the education of young people in music and the arts, and in order to provide facilities for young people for recreation and leisure time occupation involving, or connected with music and the arts.
The over-riding objective is to promote the social welfare of the young people of Torfaen and to improve the conditions of life.
